Our Story
Brinko Cleaning & Training Institute was founded in 2026 by Vivian Owusu, an experienced cleaning professional based in the Netherlands. After years of working in the European cleaning industry, Vivian saw an opportunity to bring professional-grade training back to Ghana.
Her vision was simple but powerful: create a school that empowers people with the practical skills, certifications, and confidence to build genuine careers in the cleaning industry — not just jobs, but careers worth being proud of.
Today, Brinko has trained hundreds of cleaning professionals across Ghana and continues to grow as the country's most trusted name in professional cleaning education.

Key Milestones
Brinko Cleaning & Training Institute founded by Vivian Owusu in Accra, Ghana with a mission to professionalise the cleaning industry.
Launched the first cohort of Professional Cleaning Fundamentals and Green Cleaning & Sustainability programmes.
Launched the Brinko LMS — Ghana’s first digital cleaning education platform with live classes, quizzes, and career tracking.
Expanded to Commercial & Facility Cleaning Mastery and began onboarding employer partners across Accra.
