  • Paystack — to process payments securely

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Course completion and certificate records are retained indefinitely for verification purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to processing of your data for marketing

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
