Welcome to Brinko Cleaning & Training Institute (“Brinko”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and learning management system (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” — our website, LMS, and related services
  • “Student” — any person enrolled in a course
  • “User” — anyone who accesses or uses the Platform
  • “Content” — courses, videos, documents, quizzes, and other materials

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Enrolment & Course Access

  • Course access begins upon successful payment and enrolment confirmation.
  • Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrolment.
  • Each enrolment is for a single individual — sharing login credentials is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content at any time.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed through Paystack in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
  • Course fees are displayed on the course listing and at checkout.
  • Payment is required in full before enrolment is activated.
  • Transaction receipts are sent via email and/or SMS.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
  • Refunds are granted only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Administrative and non-tuition fees are non-refundable.

6. Certificates

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course and its assessments.
  • Each certificate has a unique verification ID that can be verified on our platform.
  • Certificates remain verifiable indefinitely through our online verification system.
  • Fraudulent use of certificates may result in revocation.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Record, download, or screen-capture lessons without explicit permission
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise platform security

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos, and branding on the Platform are the property of Brinko Cleaning & Training Institute or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g. practical assessment videos, forum posts), you retain ownership but grant Brinko a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store such content for educational and assessment purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brinko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
